Vacationing with your pet may mean needing pet boarding facilities at some point while you're here! When those necessities arise, the Great Smoky Mountains area has you covered!
Bringing along the necessary information about your pet saves time and assures acceptance, especially if it's the facility's first time caring for your pet. Here are some things you may need to have proof of in making preparations.
You can rest assured that your pet will be well cared for in the Smoky Mountains area! All of these facilities are surrounded by the beautiful Smoky Mountains and offer luxurious accommodations for your pet.
(Amenities based upon facility chosen!)
Pricing will vary depending upon what the pet-boarding facility offers and what your needs will be. Discounts may be offered for local residents, law enforcement, emergency, and AARP personnel. It's a good idea to ask the facility you choose about their individual discounts. Most pet-boarding facilities accept cash, and major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Some facilities will also take checks.
Below is a listing of some of the area's more popular pet boarding facilities. If you're making a trip to Dollywood, and need boarding, accommodations, there is a facility on the premises called "Doggie Wood." Call the theme park for more information on this facility at (865-428-9488)
I've included a link from Yellow Pages that has a complete listing of other area facilities.
